Adding Employees
Navigate to the Employees tab on the top of your dashboard. From here you can select Add many employees or Add a new employee. If you are adding a group of employees, you will be asked to upload a CSV including the employee information. Download the CSV template directly by going into the Employees tab and clicking on Add Many Employees. Download the template and open the CSV file.
The template of the CSV should look like this:
You can number the “external_employee_id” from 1–100, but do not need to fill out the “contribution_plan_identifier” portion of the CSV.
If you are uploading one individual employee, you would choose the Add a new employee option and input the employee details manually.
Removing Employees
To remove an employee from the company plan, you will also need to navigate to the Employees tab on the top of your dashboard. You can then search for a specific employee using the search function on the right-hand side of the page. You can click on the employee's name, which will pull up the employee details page. Scroll down to Manage Employee where you will see the option to archive the employee.
